Damaged or Incomplete Products
I work hard to ensure you and your little ones are over the moon with your purchase. However, sometimes things go wrong. If you receive an item which is damaged or faulty I will cover the postage cost of returning the goods and provide you with a full refund or exchange.
Before returning your goods please email me at hello@wonderandwildclub with a description and photo of the fault. Post your item back within 14 days of receipt and a refund will then be provided within 7 working days.
If you change your mind about an item and would like to return it, please let me know in writing (by email to firstname.lastname@example.org), and return within 7 days of receipt. Please ensure that all products are undamaged and with the original packaging unopened and intact. A refund (excluding postage costs), will then be provided to your original payment method within 7 working days.
It is a good idea to use recorded delivery or obtain proof of postage for your returned items as I cannot be responsible for any items lost in transit.
